Here's a recap of the past week's share, with notes on how we ate it! We finished it all off, and are ready for another pick-up tomorrow morning. I hope we get more strawberries...
- 4 heads of lettuce- several dinner/side salads plus two main dish salads: a big Greek salad with garlic bread, and a variation on a Chinese chicken salad
- 1 pint of strawberries- eaten one by one, mostly by our berry-loving toddler- no recipe needed!
- 1/2 pint sugar snap peas- these went into the Greek salad, adding some really nice crunch. Would have been a good fit for the Chinese chicken salad variation too, but inspiration for that one didn't strike 'til the peas were already gone.
- Assorted herbs and flowers (we skipped these this week)
