On June 1st, my summer squash plants looked like this:
Now here they are on June 10th. Egads!
You can even see some wee little zucchini forming at the base of this one.
No sign of the dreaded cucumber beetles yet, but I'm keeping my eyes open!
The clematis that grows under the mulberry tree is blooming.
This rose bush was here when we bought the house. I have no idea what kind of rose it is; we call it the Candy Cane rose because of the colors.
It was so humid when I snapped these pictures that my lens kept fogging over! That's all from the garden for now...

Things are looking good! I'm getting ready to post an update myself this weekend - the tomato plants are looking pretty good after all this hot weather. I'm crossing my fingers......
