Here it is, our share for week 6:
- 3 heads lettuce (but they're on the small side this week, so I have high hopes for being able to eat them all!)
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 zucchini
- 6 garlic scapes
- 1 bunch kale (choice of kale or collards)
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 head radicchio
The basil, scallions, and radicchio were in a "choice group"- we could choose 3 of the following 8 items: Basil, parsley, dill, scallions, radicchio, Chinese cabbage, cilantro, and fennel. I always choose the basil when it's available- I can never have enough!
